By purchasing The Unfolding, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Personalization

Each box is individually curated and may include handcrafted, vintage, thrifted, or one-of-a-kind items. Because every experience is unique, no two boxes will be identical.

Processing Time

Every Unfolding is created specifically for you. Because of the time, care, and personalization involved, processing times will vary. We appreciate your patience as we thoughtfully create your experience. Your order will ship as soon as your journey is complete.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the personalized nature of The Unfolding, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once your order has been been placed.

The Experience

The Unfolding is intended to be opened and experienced in the order provided. Each chapter has been intentionally designed to build upon the one before it. For the fullest experience, please do not skip ahead or open envelopes out of sequence.

Handcrafted & Natural Materials

Many items are handcrafted, vintage, thrifted, or individually sourced. Slight variations in color, texture, size, and appearance are to be expected and are part of the uniqueness of each experience. Some boxes may also contain natural materials such as dried flowers, moss, seeds, or other botanical elements. Please use care if you have known allergies. Small items may present a choking hazard and should be kept away from young children and pets.

Shipping

Once your order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, Surprise Creations is not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or damage occurring during transit. Any shipping concerns should be directed to the shipping carrier.
